1.1 flat pressing and die cutting

平壓平模切采用平板刀模和平口的模切刀，在模切時(shí)刀片同時(shí)切穿整張瓦楞紙板，模切精度，使用面較廣，不干膠、卡紙、瓦楞紙板等材料都可以適用。

采用了圓筒形的壓力滾筒代替壓板，一般壓切輥在上，模切版在下，模切時(shí)以“線接觸”方式進(jìn)行加工，使機(jī)器在模壓時(shí)所承受的壓力較小，而且分布均勻，因而機(jī)器的負(fù)載比較平穩(wěn)，可進(jìn)行較大幅面的模切，該方式適合多種材質(zhì)厚度不同的產(chǎn)品模切。但一般圓壓平模切均是停回轉(zhuǎn)或一回轉(zhuǎn)、兩回轉(zhuǎn)為一個(gè)工作循環(huán)，因此效率低，目前使用較少。

圓壓圓型模切機(jī)進(jìn)入我國已有20多年歷史，其模壓滾筒連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，因而其生產(chǎn)效率是各類模壓機(jī)中的，產(chǎn)品模切精度高，可控制在±1毫米，同時(shí)具有設(shè)備操作簡單、可靠、設(shè)備使用時(shí)間長等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。就目前瓦楞紙箱印后加工的模切設(shè)備來說，圓壓圓模切已經(jīng)成為主流。
