（1）瓦楞芯紙復(fù)合時(shí)，涂布膠水會(huì)增加瓦楞芯紙含水量，膠黏劑干燥后又要防止瓦楞芯紙脆化，因此選擇含水量少、滲透性緩，并易于均勻涂布的瓦楞芯紙復(fù)合用膠黏劑非常關(guān)鍵。

After the adhesive is dried, it will also prevent the corrugated core paper from embrittlement. （5）在真空吸附式單面機(jī)上加工四層瓦楞紙板時(shí)，要注意調(diào)節(jié)好吸附系統(tǒng)（吸附罩與瓦楞輥的位置、間隙和風(fēng)量）和加熱系統(tǒng)；復(fù)合后的瓦楞芯紙要求有更高的溫度才能將熱量傳遞到楞峰，滿(mǎn)足糊化溫度的要求。加厚的瓦楞芯紙硬度會(huì)變大，容易在成型后脫離瓦楞輥，影響涂膠和復(fù)合，產(chǎn)生高低楞、塌楞、脫膠和“木耳邊”等質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，所以必須有足夠的吸附風(fēng)量和負(fù)壓以及加熱溫度，才能保證在瓦楞紙板成型后順利涂膠復(fù)合。

(5) When processing four layers of corrugated paperboard on the vacuum adsorption single-sided machine, attention should be paid to adjusting the adsorption system (the position, gap and air volume between the adsorption cover and the corrugated roller) and the heating system; The composite corrugated core paper requires a higher temperature to transfer heat to the corrugating peak to meet the requirements of gelatinization temperature. The hardness of thickened corrugated core paper will become larger, and it is easy to break away from the corrugating roller after forming, which will affect the gluing and compounding, and cause quality problems such as high and low corrugation, collapse, degumming and "ear edge". Therefore, there must be enough adsorption air volume, negative pressure and heating temperature to ensure smooth gluing and compounding after forming.
