一般在定制重型紙箱時廠家會給你各式各樣的內(nèi)托，而這些內(nèi)托有可能是EVA珍珠綿也有可能是蜂窩紙內(nèi)襯材料，有時候是根據(jù)所需包裝產(chǎn)品特性來決定，容易出現(xiàn)問題的關鍵就在于這里的內(nèi)托，并不是說這個內(nèi)托怎么樣，而是內(nèi)托掩蓋住的部分，我們常規(guī)所熟知的圍邊天地蓋重型紙箱都是有一個紙板框框圍住，形成一個正方形圍欄一樣的東西，再通過外面一層紙板，形成一個外面的圍邊。

Sometimes they are decided according to the characteristics of the packaging products required. The key to problems is the inner bracket here. It's not the inner bracket, but the part covered by the inner bracket, The heavy-duty cartons that we usually know are surrounded by a cardboard frame to form a square fence like thing, and then through a layer of cardboard outside to form an outside fence.

底就是后來往上包的那塊紙板的部分，但是有的工廠為了偷工減料在里面的內(nèi)框正方形的紙板上動手腳，為了維持圍邊內(nèi)部框框的高度，會減少他紙板的寬，在和圍邊成型的時候，用些軟體的內(nèi)材料，墊著，然后把框框放在這些軟體內(nèi)托上，維持高度再進行圍邊，圍邊完成之后再把這個內(nèi)材料抽出，這樣做就達到了紙張成本減少的目的

還有一種情況就是沒有偷工減料的情況下，他們所用的膠水，質量可能也不大好，這樣就造成一個比較嚴重的問題，重型紙箱的圍套有可能出現(xiàn)裂痕或者是脫落，怕的情況，還是出現(xiàn)圍套框不在同一水平線上，這樣很容易會導致內(nèi)箱的四個角出現(xiàn)不同程度的撕裂，因為運輸這些過程很有可能導致這些內(nèi)箱本來就不平整的角度出現(xiàn)問題，所以盡可能驗貨的時候，打開內(nèi)托看看圍套內(nèi)部框框是不是緊貼著底層紙板，不然的話你會大失所望哦
