1.如單瓦楞是上膠面碎瓦：壓力輥和瓦楞輥間隙太小，紙張在瓦楞與里紙粘合時，里紙及瓦紙就會被擠壓破裂。如果瓦楞輥和壓力輥的溫度都較高，瓦紙破裂就會比較大，同時里紙也會擠壓破裂，形成破裂現象，*常見的就是里紙有黑線條狀態。

2.楞型設計不合理：R和r的配合不能適合厚紙的需求。這類情況容易在E楞和B楞上出現，生產高克重的瓦紙時，瓦楞不容易成型會增加瓦楞棍壓力，從而導致瓦紙破裂損傷致里紙現象。
