1)箱體紙箱成型后箱體方正，表面不允許有明顯的損壞和污跡，箱面不得有拼接，箱體各角無明顯的漏洞或包角。

紙箱釘合應使用帶鍍層(銅、鋅)的低碳鋼扁絲，扁絲不應有銹斑、剝層、龜裂或其他使用上的缺外觀缺陷。紙箱接縫應釘牢、釘透，不得有疊釘、缺釘、翹釘、斷釘、曲釘、不轉角等缺陷。紙箱接頭釘合搭接舌邊的寬度為35一50mm采用斜釘或橫釘釘合，且箱釘應沿搭結舌邊的中線釘合。箱釘排列整齊、均勻，頭尾釘距頂、底面壓痕線不大于25mm。
