At first, it was used as a coating for the fabric. Therefore, most carton factories adopt the name of water extractant. Water extraction agent is a wax emulsion, solid content is popular: 48% to 51%, its biggest feature is that when applied, it can be diluted 30 times the amount of water, and then coated on the corrugated board on the surface. After 150 degrees, the temperature is dry. The surface of the paper is wrapped with vinegar and has low surface tension to form a surface layer which does not infiltrate the water.

At the same time, the water absorbent is sensitive to alum chemicals, and the surface of the paper is often broken quickly and precipitated under the surface of the paper. Therefore, the wax particles in the water extraction agent only exist on the thin layer of paper.

Under the influence of external friction, wax is easy to be rubbed off, and the fibers without wax are wrapped. The result of waterproofing is greatly reduced, and the adhesion of wax to paper fibers is greatly reduced. In the water extraction agent, there are rosin derivatives or carboxylated polymer emulsions, which have good adhesion to paper fibers and good compatibility with wax. In this way, their addition can improve the adhesion of wax on paper fiber. At the same time, if wax is modified, such as oxidation and basification, it also has similar effects, which can increase the adhesion of wax on paper fiber. However, it must be pointed out that with the increase of these steps, the water extractant at such a concentration is still not a waterproof film. Therefore, when there is friction, such as friction in the process of carrying and stacking cartons, this waterproof surface is often affected. This is why the coating of this kind of carton as a temporary waterproof carton. At present, water extractant has been widely used in some carton factories and has become a basic process.

涂布拔水劑大批應(yīng)用次如果受到如下四個方面的影響：拔水劑的和可機(jī)涂性；拔水劑保持了紙張的天性，與今后回歸天然的支流合拍；拔水劑對紙箱的收受接管無晦氣影響；拔水劑的防水后果對于通俗紙箱的應(yīng)用完全可以勝任。

If the large-scale application of coating extractant is affected by the following four aspects: the price and machine coating ability of extractant; the extractant keeps the nature of the paper, which is in line with the trend of returning to nature in the future; the extractant has no bad influence on the acceptance of cartons; the waterproof effect of extractant is completely competent for the application of popular cartons.

然而，必須指出的是，在一些特別情況中應(yīng)用的紙箱，如需要；東庫的紙箱，需要在高濕情況中存放的紙箱，需要海運的紙箱，在應(yīng)用拔水劑時就要鄭重了。在實踐中已發(fā)現(xiàn)有涂拔水劑的紙箱，從凍庫掏出后，紙箱發(fā)火形變，激發(fā)經(jīng)濟(jì)糾紛的事例。因此在舉薦客戶采納什麼防水處理時，應(yīng)充分思考客戶紙箱的應(yīng)用情況。

However, it must be pointed out that the cartons used in some special cases, such as those in dongku, those stored in high humidity and those transported by sea, should be used seriously. In practice, it has been found that the cartons coated with water extraction agent, after being taken out from the freezer, are inflamed and deformed, causing economic disputes. Therefore, when recommending the waterproof treatment adopted by customers, we should fully consider the application of customers' cartons.
