1、瓦楞紙板強(qiáng)度要求

1. Strength requirements of corrugated board

1．1：邊壓強(qiáng)度：順著瓦楞方向，單位長度瓦楞紙板壓饋前所能承受的受力。單位： N/m.

1.1: edge pressure strength: the maximum stress that the unit length corrugated board can bear before feeding along the corrugated direction. Unit: n / m

邊壓強(qiáng)度=表面原紙綜合環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度+綜合瓦楞紙環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度*收縮率

Edge crush strength = surface base paper comprehensive ring crush strength + comprehensive corrugated paper ring crush strength * shrinkage

一般邊壓計(jì)算依原紙環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度計(jì)算（可靠），實(shí)際測試值會(huì)適當(dāng)大于理論計(jì)算值。

*因制造過程會(huì)有一定強(qiáng)度損失，實(shí)際測試的破裂強(qiáng)度會(huì)小于計(jì)算值1 Kg/cm2左右。

1．3：戳穿強(qiáng)度：新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB6544-1999已經(jīng)取消了對紙板戳穿強(qiáng)度的要求。（原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB6544-1986）

2、瓦楞紙箱強(qiáng)度要求：

2．1：邊壓、耐破、戳穿同紙板。紙箱邊壓強(qiáng)度會(huì)比紙板邊壓強(qiáng)度要低（因制造過程的瓦楞損失）。

2.1: edge pressing, bursting resistance and puncturing are the same as those of paperboard. The edge crush strength of the carton is lower than that of the cardboard (due to the corrugated loss in the manufacturing process).

2．2：紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度：（普通箱型，對應(yīng)箱型代號：0201）

抗壓強(qiáng)度=邊壓強(qiáng)度（N/cm）*凱里卡特常數(shù)F

F值取決于紙箱的周邊長，2*（長+寬）cm.以及瓦楞楞型。兩項(xiàng)目確定后，F(xiàn)值可以查表。實(shí)際上的抗壓強(qiáng)度測試值與紙箱長、寬、高的比例有關(guān)系。同樣周邊長、同樣材質(zhì)楞型的紙箱：高度越高、抗壓越小；長*寬的底面積越大，抗壓越大。

In fact, the compressive strength test value is related to the ratio of carton length, width and height. 3、機(jī)包箱抗壓強(qiáng)度=對應(yīng)普通箱型的抗壓強(qiáng)度*0.6*1.62*搖蓋寬/紙箱寬 。

4、紙箱、紙板的粘合強(qiáng)度（瓦楞成型的剝離強(qiáng)度而不是接舌處粘箱的粘合強(qiáng)度）。分離單位長度紙板面紙與瓦楞紙所需的力。

單位：N/m楞。行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一規(guī)定為大于588 N/m楞.

5、堆碼強(qiáng)度與抗壓強(qiáng)度。

5. Stacking strength and compressive strength.

紙箱所需抗壓強(qiáng)度=[紙箱毛重*（堆碼層數(shù)-1）]*系數(shù)K。前部分為紙箱的靜態(tài)堆碼強(qiáng)度。K值取決于印刷版面的多少、開孔程度、內(nèi)包裝物性質(zhì)、貴重程度、倉儲運(yùn)輸時(shí)間、條件等。K值一般取2—5。

The required compressive strength of the carton = [carton gross weight * (stacking layers - 1)] * safety factor K. The front part is the static stacking strength of the carton. The value of K depends on the number of printed pages, the degree of opening, the nature of the inner packaging, the degree of value, storage and transportation time, conditions, etc. The value of K is generally 2-5.
