二、可堆垛性：很多貨物在存放、運輸或暫存時，為節(jié)省占地而采取貨物堆疊的方式，2層甚更多層，這要求多盤底部與貨物接觸時足夠穩(wěn)固，通常會選用田字底或雙面塑料托盤來解決這一問題。

四、四向進叉：很多用戶沒留意到雙向進叉和四向進叉的區(qū)別，雙向進叉塑料托盤的縱梁沒有斷點，可以節(jié)省用料，整體成本會低很多，但沒有四向進叉會影響很多物流環(huán)節(jié)，可能會導(dǎo)致物流成本增加，甚造成重大損失，不可不注意。

五、防滑性能：防滑性包括塑料托盤盤面防滑，針對叉車搬運的叉齒防滑，以及針對地面、輸送機等的底板防滑。通常來講，木塑料托盤防滑性能都很好，塑料材料防滑性能較差，一般要加防滑裝置，如防滑墊、防滑條等。這里要注意，防滑條因為貫通塑料托盤表面，防滑效果較好;如果是防滑墊，一定要考慮其排布是否適合自己的貨品尺寸，而且頂鋪板和底鋪板下也要有叉齒防滑和底面防滑，以及針對諸如輸送機這類的設(shè)備防滑，都要詳加考察。
