注塑托盤：注塑是注+壓，注塑做的一定有澆口斷面。
Injection tray: injection is injection + pressure, injection must have gate section.
吹塑托盤：也稱為中空吹塑.吹塑是注+吹。吹塑做的一定有那個拔吹氣管留下的頭。
Blow molding tray: also known as hollow blow molding. Blow molding is injection + blow. Blow molding must have the head left by pulling out the air pipe.
三、表面結構

注塑托盤為網格狀或者平板狀，有加強筋結構。

吹塑托盤都為平板狀，內部有支柱結構。

四、外觀不同

注塑托盤：注塑托盤是實芯體，托盤表面是光亮的。因為有注塑口，所以成型后的產品會多出一小塊不要的部分，有道工序會把它剪掉，雖然不明顯，如果仔細觀察還是能看見的。
Injection tray: injection tray is solid core, the surface of the tray is bright. Because there is an injection port, there will be a small part of the molded product that is not needed. A process will cut it off. Although it is not obvious, it can still be seen if you carefully observe it.
吹塑托盤：吹塑托盤外觀表面會有吹塑孔，中間全部空置，只能生產雙面托盤，不能生產單面托盤，而且產品進叉使用方向一般是兩向進叉使用。
Blow molding tray: there will be blow molding holes on the surface of the blow molding tray, and all of them are empty in the middle. It can only produce double-sided tray, but not single-sided tray, and the direction of product fork is generally two-way fork.

一般而言吹塑托盤主要在環境惡劣、高強度作業的情況下使用。

而注塑托盤則可以在:平庫、立體庫、冷庫等環境和行業中使用。

注塑托盤可內置鋼筋，可以上貨架使用，注塑成型精度高。缺點是注塑托盤對料要求高，注塑回收料產品質量比全新料差太多。
