，根據客戶提供的顏色標準，由計算機配色系統給出專色油墨的比例;然后將油墨樣品轉移，不同密度的顏色樣品由墨位計和墨棒計顯示;然后根據標準(或客戶)對色差范圍的要求，用分光光度計測定標準、淺限、深限，制出標準色卡(色差超過標準需要進一步校正)。成都包裝設計色卡的一半是普通的顏色樣本，另一半是經過表面處理的顏色樣本，便于質量檢驗。
